• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive an incorrect size (stitched products only).

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue.

• Unstitched products cannot be exchanged unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges
