Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only if:
- You receive a wrong item.
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect size (stitched products only).
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue.
Return & Refund
- We do not offer returns or cash refunds.
- Unstitched products cannot be exchanged unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- Share your Order Number and product photos/videos.
- Once approved, we will arrange your exchange.
Shipping Charges
- If the mistake is ours, we will cover the exchange shipping cost.
- If the exchange is approved for any customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
